tear in surround best fix? pic included

well finially finshed it heres how its is now

try using gorilla super glue it is strong and is very flexible
This is some of the worst advice I've seen in this section.

Gorilla glue dies harder than concrete, and expands like no tomorrow.

Just use silicone on the underside of the surround so it'll be as unobtrusive as possible.

 
for the sub i used rubber cement and a little piece of intertube for a bike i would take pics but every time i tried my camre on my phone would shut off...

a pic of the top can barley c the tear....(its the shiny spot)
