Someone said he called this guy like 60 times in a day...which means that Justin communicated this to someone. So, instead of calling him back, he just ignores it all together?
I don't care how many people come in here and tell us he's a good guy, pick up the **** phone and let the man know what's going on with his products. I don't care if you work 80 hours a week, make a million dollars a day, and save children in Africa dying of diseases, if you have the time to post an ad on the forum, make the time to follow through with the sale, and keep the buyer in contact.
I wonder if the table was turned. The subs were shipped out and he was being ignored trying to collect his $1000.00 two weeks later. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Each and every one of you defending the seller's actions (or more appropriately - his
inaction) are, to a man, morons ~ plain and simple.
If your life is too hectic, too busy, too mismanaged to ship out purchased items in a timely manner after payment in full has been received then you have no business selling.
/story
But let's look at that a moment, shall we?
For those of you who feel that it isn't unreasonable for the seller to fail to ship quickly after being paid - how about we make a requirement for this seller to ship out any and all articles for sale prior to getting paid? For him to make a sale on this forum it will be required for him to ship first and the buyer(s) can remit payment whenever it happens to be convenient.
This would, of course, only be applicable when the buyer is someone that enough people will be willing to jump on a bandwagon for them to say "Oh, you'll get paid! Don't worry about that! User X just has so much going on right now but they
always make good on their deals so quit worrying....you'll get paid! Eventually..."
Does this little plan sound completely ignorant? Sound like something that no reasonable person in the world would ever agree to?
Certainly it does!
With that in mind - who in the
fu
ck do you people think you are telling the buyer that he has no reason to be upset now that the seller has his $1000 and the buyer has nothing three weeks later? Get a freggin' clue.
Anyone who is familiar with my presence here on the forum ought to know I take a very dim view of shoddy trading practices. Once the buyer has paid in full then pretty much their end of the deal is
done. After that point the seller needs to get off of his duff and ship the gear out. Or at the very least make it very clear in the For Sale ad that this is going to be the way things are going to be and allow the buyer to make a purchasing decision based on full disclosure, huh?
I'd wager that if there was a proviso in the ad stating that "Once I have your money due to reasons either completely beyond my control or totally within my control your bought gear will
not ship out quickly. It will, without a doubt, eventually ship but I make no promises as to when that might occur."
Think too many folks would be willing to make that purchase knowing that beforehand? Certainly not. Why would they?!?
Flip - that statement about $1000 not being a lot of money was rather stupid, dude.
My parents are millionaires. (not an exaggeration)
Dad thinks very little about writing 5 or 6-figure checks when Momma gets it in her head that she wants something. I can absolutely guarantee he'd be hopping mad if he sent someone a grand and whatever that grand was supposed to be buying wasn't soon forthcoming.
It doesn't matter if the purchase price is ten dollars, a thousand dollars, a million dollars, or a measly twenty cents.
Once the seller has been paid they need to ship out the purchased item(s) - and right quick. Period.
