Just a little clarification on something that was said in an earlier post....

It was said that:

"The mic doesn't need a list of character references or care about a competitors personality/business standard to meter, doing big #s & being a walking strokeoff is still doing big #s. Not saying any of the guys on the team are jagoffs simply stating that the way an individual carries himself has absolutely nothing to do with his/her personal scores. "

Kicker feels exactly the opposite of this. When I joined the team several years ago, I was told it was because of the way I carry myself and represent the product, not because of numbers I had done. It was said that," Any World Records/Titles you get are just bonuses for you." I know that they(Kicker) will still use those things in press, but they are more concerned with the way their company is represented.

Tracy, thank you for coming on here and addressing this. You know my loyalty to the team, and I would hate to have our good name brought down.

Team Phat Hertz, Learn the meaning of "Team". If your boy is slacking and it's bringing down your group as a whole, then I would be at his house, shop, whatever building boxes until the whole **** shebang was ready to ship. I can't think of how many times I've had a shop full of people working on vehicles getting them ready for shows till all hours. People that weren't even going to be able to attend the show, helping thrash on others vehicles. That's Team.

but i didnt mean you as a person I was talking about your team, lets face it, look at all the threads about mark and its always full of your teammates that regular this forum saying "no its not his fault, he just has too much work", not realizing it is infact his fault for taking money for work he cant finish in a timely manner, and then refuses to refund on. Yu get labelled with him because your the first to post any time someone has something to say against him, tcab or the infamous type R hype he caused before he landed a kicker deal.

Just so you know, becoming part of team Kicker has not stopped any of us from continuing to use the type-r.

As for "defending" mark, I know that it seemed like I was always making excuses. That was not my intention from the beginning. I was seriously trying to just calm some people down and let them know that it is NOT always mark's fault. I know that may seem hard to believe, but it's the truth. Now, most of the things going on recently are 100% to blame on mark, but there are a few instances where things happen beyond his control.

It's just hard to not look like an ******* when you have an entire forum calling your friend and teammate a piece of shit or a terrible businessman or whatever.

I have offered, and so have my other teammates. The only problem is that mark has such a routine laid out when it comes to designing and building that it would be hard to integrate other people into the routine. On top of that, we all have other jobs that don't exactly allow us to come to his house at the drop of a hat and help him out.

However, we do help him with other things like picking up supplies, making deliveries, or dropping off shipments. This is where much of the day is wasted, and is now why he has others do this stuff for him. Well, have others START doing these things for him. It hasn't quite started yet.

Please let there be some seperation between these two, and do NOT let things that have transpired lately bleed into Kicker as a company reflection. Most of you have legit complaints about Mark and maybe his business ethics and practices. But are no ties to TCAB and Kicker, whatsoever.If you guys have complaints on ordering boxes and have not gotten them or information back from Mark, you are well within your right to do what you have to do to recover such goods or monetary losses.

Team Kicker members are to conduct themselves in manners that are a direct reflection of such supporting manufactures. I just now was able to spend some time reading some of these post, and while I agree on some, some were not handled maturely, on both parts.

If anyone from Team Fat Hertz wants to directly curse and defend Mark, it's your privilege to defend a buddy, team mate, co worker. I would do the same thing. JUST remember, you have manufacture support now, and think of how these are directly, or non-directly a reflection on such supporting manufacture.

Something to think about.

But to everyone reading, please have seperation between the two, Kicker is in NO WAY tied to these circumstances, nor approve the attitudes shown lately.

I dont know what exactly is going on nor do I care. I know quite a few people associated with team kicker and they all represent the company really well to a very high standard. I'd hate to see their name to be dragged through the dirt because of one persons actions.

What was meant by that is something that I stated in another thread.

99% of the time, when you talk to somebody online and then you meet them in person, they act completely different.

Nothing about being a hardass or anything like that. Rather, it's about a person's character beyond a keyboard and a computer screen. People find it very easy to talk shit about a person online because they don't know them personally or they feel that since everyone else is talking shit, they can too.

The fact of the matter is that people talk shit online because they can. But when it comes to face-to-face conversations, most people will act differently. Not to say that anyone on this forum will, but thats the general pattern i've witnessed.

I dont know about you all, but if I was running a business id of PAID people not to make threads on fourms about issues that should be entriely in EMAIL...not even fourm based PM's.

Phat Hertz guy's are ok, even Mark is ok guy but probably should rethink some of his business practices....and im sure by now he knows that 20x times and probably hates the thought of the moment when this first started. Im sure he's kickn his own azz more than any of you want to.

To the Phat Hertz guys, as a sponsored competitor for the past 5 years or so, you are conducting yourselves in a very bad manor, and I dont mean as far as defending your teammate, but in the way you talk to other people. Think about it, I have seen most of you guys, cussing up a storm, on this forum, and even in this post. Talk civilized but dont cuss, there is no need for that, you cant get your point across without using such language? Am I saying that I dont curse, no, but I dont do it on a forum, where sponsors, and potential customers for my sponsor will see me acting and talking in an unprofessional manor, which is the way sponsors would like to you behave . I have no problems with mark, dont even know the guy, so please no one take this as a bashing, Im just trying to get you guys to understand from an outside source. I dont know any of the Phat Hertz guys, to base an opinions of, I am just speaking from someone looking in an listening from the outside.

i got nothing againts anyone but if i where on team phat hertz or team kicker i would just stay quiet and fix things rather then posting and making myself look even badder and probably gonna end up getting kicked of a manufacture team.

espeacially when it involves other peoples money this isnt a pissing match about waht sub or amp is better this is about someone scamming people. theirs things he can do different about his company like tell customers when exactly the boxes will be done and if not done in that time give them back their money at their option. thats one thing of many that he can do. i do think the mods ****ed up by bannin him so that he cuold speak his side. but he should have peoples boxes ready regardless in a resonable time frame.

edit when i said scamming i didnt mean it that way im just assuming that since i havent heard his side of the story. and everyone is calling him a scammer. so im assuming he is but if waht the people are saying about him replying that the box is ready to ship now and 2 weeks later nothing then yes thats a scammer
