Team Kicker/Team Phat hertz

Please let there be some seperation between these two, and do NOT let things that have transpired lately bleed into Kicker as a company reflection. Most of you have legit complaints about Mark and maybe his business ethics and practices. But are no ties to TCAB and Kicker, whatsoever.

If you guys have complaints on ordering boxes and have not gotten them or information back from Mark, you are well within your right to do what you have to do to recover such goods or monetary losses.

Team Kicker members are to conduct themselves in manners that are a direct reflection of such supporting manufactures. I just now was able to spend some time reading some of these post, and while I agree on some, some were not handled maturely, on both parts.

If anyone from Team Fat Hertz wants to directly curse and defend Mark, it's your privilege to defend a buddy, team mate, co worker. I would do the same thing. JUST remember, you have manufacture support now, and think of how these are directly, or non-directly a reflection on such supporting manufacture.

Something to think about.

But to everyone reading, please have seperation between the two, Kicker is in NO WAY tied to these circumstances, nor approve the attitudes shown lately.

Thanks for finally posting.

I know that you were well aware of the whole situation with mark and his business, and i'm glad you started a thread pertaining to it.

I have stated multiple times that people's dealings with mark in no way reflect the opinions and business practices of the entire team or Kicker.

We are very proud to be on team Kicker and we definitely do not want to lose your support. Kicker is one of the very few companies that heavily supports car audio competitions.

I am very sorry about all the stuff that has been going on lately, and all the shit being flung around. I know it makes everyone look bad, and i'm sorry for that. Mark has consequently been banned from this forum, so he won't be able to post in this thread, but i'm sure he would apologize to you tracy and to Kicker. It was not his intention to make everyone look shady in any way. What HE has done reflects HIS PERSONAL actions, not the actions of anyone else.

It's a shame that people on this forum clump us all together and believe all of us act the same just because we are on the same team.

Unfortunetley though as long as he is part of Team Kicker and Team Phat Hertz he is a representative of them and most will look at it as that, and it doesnt help when 90% of the team jumps on a guy that is trying to get a refund for non service //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif That just reinforces the belief that it is a group effort to screw everyone over.

but i didnt mean you as a person I was talking about your team, lets face it, look at all the threads about mark and its always full of your teammates that regular this forum saying "no its not his fault, he just has too much work", not realizing it is infact his fault for taking money for work he cant finish in a timely manner, and then refuses to refund on. Yu get labelled with him because your the first to post any time someone has something to say against him, tcab or the infamous type R hype he caused before he landed a kicker deal.

To the OP: I myself, even though I am currently being screwed around by Mark, do not hold that against team Kicker . . . . team Phat Hertz maybe //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I manage a rather large real estate company in the Metroplex and have learned that even if 500 of our real estate agents are phenomenal at what they do, that remaining 1% or so is enough to give our company a bad name. It takes many to build a reputation, but only one to help destroy it.

I think Kicker is a good company, and in my limited dealings with them have nothing but good things to say, so I understand that the company or team Kicker is not a reflection of one asshat's actions.

I'd hate for anyone to think that anything dealing with Mark's issues have any ties to Kicker, or anyone on the team, as Mark has implied several times that he does things on his own.

Tommy, I know we've butted heads a few times, but we've been talking to each other since we both joined this forum, and I know not to drag you into Mark's mess. I respect you and I know that you are trying to make some good out of these bad situations that have incurred on here.
