brandon may or may not have, but I certainly do. Great little subs, tough too. Ive thrown twice their rated power at them and they didnt complain. These have been in production for almost 7 years now, they're pretty reliable subs and sound great. I was using one in my SQ setup in my Corvette for almost a year.
Thank you both for your input and your honesty. I will take your advice and email Scott and discuss the options with him. I will also have a friend see if he can adjust my enclosure design and shrink it down too.The SSD is a superior subwoofer.
I own both, and the SSD wins in SQ and output.
With your enclosure (a little oversize) and power, the SSD will do well. Ask Scott to build yours with dual soft spiders (instead of the stock dual stiff).
That's how I had my 6 10's built, because I was only giving about 400-500 to each one.
