It sucks because hes protecting his dealer base? Be real man. Just another part of te bandwagon thats probaly had no interaction with the company what so ever.

I think that everyone on this forum has had interaction with JD, Im not digging up any threads but as I recall remember when someone "hacked" into his account and lied about anything and everything? told people he was throwing there product in the trash. Or maybe the thread before that?

Again he makes great products but if a dick when it comes to customer service

I do see your point about going around his distributer in a sence. If he has a contact there is nothing he can do.

Most companies wont sell direct if they have a distributor in your area. Thats why they sign distributors. It would be bad for business if he went around his distributors.I work for CeeLite and anytime someone calls wanting product that is located in a distributors territory, we direct them to order from the distributor. Its in the contract we had signed with them.

If somebody wants to order that is a non allocated territory, we sell to them direct but at the same prices the distributor sells for.

BTW, when I say distributor, I mean retailer, or reseller also.

I understand what you're saying and I can respect that, my question is however, is the retailer markup neccessary to the point the T3 retailers are doing? AA does the same thing and the markup isn't nearly as large as what T3 is getting.

and? the t3 stuff is selling.. so good for them. nicessary? no.. but it sells at taht, why not keep it at that, eh? i know you as the consumer want the cheapest you can get. but from the retailers point of view it is perfectly clear.

another reason that that T3 audio customer service sucks. Its too bad that a dick makes some good subs.

I think it is illegal for him to sell when he has a contract for a dealer to sell them. And really his customer service is not bad, I think he just got a bad rep on here.

I had mine for sell on here and nobody wanted it. It was built to handle 2k plus daily.

I have a 15, have it in a 3.5 cube box with 50sq" of port at like 33hz, does 145s with 2.5kish and very musical. I may be motivated to sell it for the right price

What about direct? Don't his "competitors" get discounts on their daily and comp vehicles? It seems like the only ones who back him up compete with his subs. As well I never hear of people buying from retail stores...
