really cause my 05 didnt have 40" wide you plan on doing the build in the trunk i take it..

making another bend would increase the depth to about 28 inches or so? reducing the height to under 40 maybe? but then again thats a 12in.

reduce the 49 to 35 and make the 21 a 27.75"

for a 15" sub i would make the height 16/17" but that would limit 6.75" mounting depth, you could just add baffles. Also if you line doesnt need to be tuned that low you would have a way shorter line. It could be possible, provide t/s specs...

vas=85L, qms=4.32, qes=0.31, qts=0.29, Free Air Resonance=33hz, and they are dual 1 ohm vc's

mounting depth= 8.5in would put it touching mdf, so 9in would give you 1/2in of clearance
