I have a jbl 600w amp with two 10" kicker comp vr wired at 1 ohm in a 99 grand am. It has been running just fine for the first month with no problems, but lately it seems that every time i push on the brakes my hu and amp will turn off and then come right back on.

Does anyone know what could be causing this, thanks.

Maybe theres a loose wire somewhere. Like when i had that problem, the battery wasnt secure and there was a wire that would come loose when i turned or stopped. it also wouldnt start sometimes, you have that problem? Anyway check your wires first. hope this helps
