system suggestions.

So my buddy wants to puta system in his car. He needs

A deck (Somthing around 300..best features..he's leaning towards pioneer)

A sub amp (Nine.1 Definatly)

A box and Sub ..

The box and sub is pretty much where we are stuck. we dont know what to get for him..we're thinking of a treo ssi 12'' in a Bomb style box.

Does anyone have reccomendations..the budget is around 1200..

Pioneer 860MP can be had for around $300. Great deck from what I've heard if you want to stick with Pioneer.

If your working with $1200, that still leaves you almost $600 for subs and a box. You could get 2 15" SX's with that kind of money. Although they might be underpowered...
