System randomly shutting off

Well just got my system all in last week and it all was great. Well yesterday I replaced the battery terminal (lead thing you tighten) because I had tightened the one that was on there previously too tight and broke it....but the system still worked great but didnt wanna risk anything.

Anyways, I put a new one on there to the positive post, didnt replace the neg. And now, my system will shut off randomly and then turn its self back on. No idea what this is...

My ground is great, so i dunno

what type of batterie terminal did you replace it with.

you mayhave sa short double check the wire to make dure it isnt loose or anything.

If you still have this problem then maybe you do the big three & make sure that you have good connection to each source.

Dont know the brand of it. But when I replaced it, I didn't disconnect the neg terminal first, like you are supposed to when you do an amp install. Dunno if that matters or not, it did spark.

I dont see why it happened when I just replace the terminal.
