System not loud enough

ok i just bought 2 infinity 1230w's and a profile ap1000m amp and they dont hit hard enough so im selling them i am looking to spend around 150 for and amp and 150 for 2 more subs. i want some HARD HITTING bass what do u guys recommend?

Those infinitys should be hitting pretty hard.

I got an infinity for a friend of mine and built him box with like 2.5^3 and 36hz port and it beats like an sob.

What Type of enclosure are you useing for those subs? How big is the enclosure? Sealed or ported?

well after hearing my friends 2 digitl audios, omg, mine sound realyl weak, i want subs u can feel in ur chest the price i stated above wsa for 2, maybe 2 kickers or 2 audiobahns with a a8000t/a8002t. the current box i have is built to infinity specs, and is 2 cu ft per chamber ported to 30hz or 34hz depending who u ask.

I dont see why ur Infinity's dont pound hard enuf for you..my single 12VQ pounded where "u can feel in ur chest"...with only 100W and then it got 424W and u could really "feel in ur chest"...but honeslty if u want like just SPL dont get Infinity.....

Eclipse subs hit hard in a sealed box, I had a couple 8700 series 12's that would knock the wind out you with 1.3cft each and 800watts RMS power.

ive currently got 1 infinity perfect 10.1 in a sealed box in my trunk. it sounds good but im gonna add another 10.1 and im in the process of building a ported box to hold the 2 subs. the box will be ported to 35 hz. ive also got a viper 1200.1 amp on the way. hopefully it will get nice and loud cause 1 10 is just not enough.

Why not get five 10's?? I know how you feel.. First i had one 10... it was ungodly loud for one 10 then i got two 10's Suprisingly just a tad louder than the 1 10", then i got 4 10's It was retardedly loud in a reg cab pickup. . . Then i blew that stuff up... Then i started over with two 10's, then 3 10's, now 2 15's.... I said all this to say... you will never be satified.

maybe i should build a new box, maybe i should build a sealed box instead of my ported just to make sure my ported box is made right, or i could take out my 6x9's for air flow into the car, since my seats dont fold down,

Do u think it would be a good idea to sell my AP1000M amp which is giving 250 wRMS to each sub and get the audiobahn A8000T which would give 400 rms to each sub and leave me room to upgrade and i heard the audiobahn was underrated and only put out 350 or something in a benchmark test thing.
