Hold the wheel and drive
groud each amp to its own spot + maybe install a ground loop isolator in line with the component amp.
Instead of grounding the HU to the battery try to find a spot somewhat close to the H/U so the ground is as short as possible. The components you add to a single ground the better chance you have for noise
