System in Toyota Xcab '94 truck

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and I am looking to put a little bass in my truck for a modest price. I am in middle of school right now, and funds are limited to loans.

I have a 1994 toyota pickup xtended cab. I am looking to add a sub, amp and new 4" speakers for my dash. I have about 400-500 to spend and would only like to take up half of the back seat area.

I am not looking for top quality anything, just something to get by and have some fun with the bass. I am a complete novice to car stereo stuff, I tried to shop on my own online but there is just so much stuff out there, i was wondering if you could help me narrow it down.

A decent set of speakers, sub and amp and maybe later a set of 6.5" for the back panels.

I saw this amp Lanzar VIBE226 at woofersetc.com at 80.00 seemed reasonable and also saw this one, Phoenix Gold R4.0;2 for 90.00. Any comments or anything better for similar prices? Pioneer GM-5300T?
