Well the question dosent really have to do with DC audio but who dosen't want to see a new set of subs? It really has to do with the audiopipe. I just got my new dc lvl 3 15's with lvl 4 coils and my audiopipe 1500. Question is if any one is familiar with the AP amps the + N - hookups wont fit a 0 guage wire and looks like it wont fit 4 guage. wtf is up with that? i am planning to buy another ap 1500 and strap them both together and run them at 2 ohm ( Both d2 ) at 1900 watts split. Now i will be running close to 2k wont i need 0 guage for this? but the amp wont fit them? any suggestions?

my other Q which might be dumb is how do i strap both amps together?

heres some pics of subs and amps terminals.

well if audiopipe would publish specs and manuals like a real company i could look it up and help ya but i am sure someone here knows and will help ya out.

as far as the wire it is probably 6 g connections? try a distro block and 4g stripped a lil thin it should fit fine.

most amps strap by conecting neg to neg on the amps and 1 pos to each speaker but not all are the same it should all be in your manual dude.

this thing is stupid, nothing about strapping in manual and it says it takes 2-4 g in manual but dosent look nearly big enough.

thanks

mine fit 4 gauge fine, you just gotta twist it tip of the wire and slowly put the wire in, I know it sounds dumb, but after you're done, you'll love the amp

sicaudio would you stay out of the ap topic cause u just jump in to bash and have no experience with them.

the 15001 accepts 4g wire. 4g wire is good for 150amps of power for 16' with no voltage loss. when you get another 15001 you will have to power that amp with 4g also. before you run 2 of these amps i would get 0g and run to a rear battery then take 2 4g runs to each amp off the rear battery...
