System for my cousin

Hey, Im puttin together a system for my cousin. He has an Impala with a giant trunk so space isnt an issue. The total budget is about 450-500. We were thinking about doin 1 or possibly 2 15s. Goals are to get pretty loud without sounding too terrible. Im lookin for some suggestions on quality amp/subs that fit the price range

Get 2 12's in a properly ported box. You don't have the trunk space to do it right with 2 15's.
