Is there any way to wire a SVC 2ohm sub to two 1 ohm stable amps?

if the amps are strapple, then yes.

but even then you couldnt make it 1 ohm

well. say you have two strappable amps that put out 1000 watts at 1 ohm. Strapped, they would put out 2000 watts at 2 ohms, meaning you could run the amps to their max potential with the woofer he has.
