Supports for your aero ports?

Anyone ever made them? My ports are gonnna be ~20" so they need some support i'm guessing...

i use the support from the inside and cut a hole the size of the port so have a snug fit

i know how i would make themm, i just didn't know if it would effect performance lol, same as any other brace i guess

a piece of mdf with a 1/2 circle cut for the port to sit in is the easiest way i've found.
