For the love of God, do you honestly think everything DD has is 100% made in America? I guarantee that some of their parts are Chinese. There are very, very few companies in the states that are truly "American".

You have never proven anything.

I know NOBODY has a 100% U.S. Made product. I also know DD uses US made soft parts on most subs. How many can say that? Imo soft parts are very important.

I'm just joking. I have DD subs, sundown, IA , bunch of old school stuff I mess around with. Wanted to do 2 18's night shades. Just about finished with my electrical system now, I'm currently running the 21 death penalty, wanna try another box design did 8.4 tuned @ 31. Sounds great, but I know it can output more in a different design.

What's your electrical and what amp to you plan to run? Sounds like an interesting build

Not a fan of the tweeters but I haven't messed with the new 30mm one.

Did a mechman 270a alt. have a XS D4800 under the hood ready to buy another for the back. Have a CT 2200.1 currently, looking for 4K. That's why I had interest in that Banda amp. Not 100% sure on what amp I want to go with yet. Reading reviews and getting input.

All I can say is they do very well in burp builds, that's fact that can't be argued

They did very well in my old SQL build, pulled a 50 under 40hz and a 77/80 in SQ

And they are doing very well in my SQ build.

Funny how Sundowns test show the SC option adding distortion on Kippel. I sure can't hear it, in fact the SW2508sc shares most of my old 10W7s sound signature. I guess the W7 is a high distortion driver.

He got the Banda from me. Solid amp. Only reason I upgraded is I want the best I can possibly get.

I'd go taramps. Shizzon is a dealer and said he will warranty any amp as long as u don't wire below 1ohm. Can't beat that

If it has the kind of distortion his test claimed I wouldn't be able to sit it on the dash and experience people wouldn't use them in SQ cars.

For the same power rating, it's a toss-up. Prices are competitive.

Only reason I'm going Taramps is because it is the biggest.
