Skar vs sundown

so i still am having the issues with my 2 type R's, Either there isnt enough pressure, or when there is enough pressure it clips, so im going to begin looking into higher quality subs to pick up hopefully next month, and im curious as to what your guys opinion on skars vs sundown since i see them everywhere on here. I am looking for alot of pressure her but yet wont **** me in prices

thats what i thought but here the thing, my system is in my sig, but my friend, has 2 tyoe S's on a 800 watt old school rockford, and when we stand outside of them, mine is louder, but when you sit in his it takes your breath away! mine hardly even does that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif i thought it might be becuase his box is dual champered while mine is single, but i was reading that mine should actually put out more SPL, it confuses the hell out of both of us haha

so should i try maybe moving mine closer the the hatch door (its on o3 outback wagon) and see what that does? i know the pressure is there because when my gain was up higher on the amp, **** went crazy, mirrors in front of me at stoplights moved, but then i noticed the clipping, and to turn it down to where it wasnt clkippin it just kinda gives that rumble feel

The owner is a ********

He sold B stock as A stock

He copied all sundowns designs

He bought a ton of Sundown woofers on preorder then sold them for way more just to make some money

He lied about having a Lamborghini.

EDIT, he also has a Ford exploder, box tuned to 33 like mine, just his has 2 chambers all facing back while i have one cahmber going subs up port back..... i never would have thought so many factors would come into play with car audio! its rather interesting

Why buy a copy when you can get the real thing? I buy DD subs, not SQ/AQ, AB, Massive, ect.

Sundown has better CS and the yardsale prices are awesome. Just buy some subs from the yardsale on CACO. They have new ones all the time

You are clipping because you are trying to over drive your amp. If you got a bigger/better amp you could run it that high without clipping.

Move your box all over. See if you like it a different way.
