Yes u can call sundown. I always email Jacob and he gets back with me in 1day and if he doesn't I email him again... But really if u want to ask anything sundown related go on Caco into te sundown section and make a new thread and Jacob will answer within a day.
What do u want to know about the team woofer?

I'm pretty sure they don't come in 12s. No 12" frame can surrport 5" peak to peak excursion. They made a 12" proto before and sold it for like $650 in Yardsale

Funny thing is none of the DD clones match DDs specs. None use US made Precision Coils, none build all custom parts in house. None are assembled in the U.S.
But you already knew that I would hope since you want to argue with me.

DD does not build coils. I asked for a D2 coils on my old 8 500 . They said single coil only. So that proves they don't build by hand, assemble and build are different. That's what made my stop running DD subs, correct me if I'm wrong. But that's what jack told me when I called.

May not have been possible for them to make a D2 to the right specs. Did they ever offer those?

Just to add my .02 on customer service
I emailed Bryan last on April 28th and I have still not gotten another response. I was inquiring about getting some Sundown Teams, but probably won't now.

I called DD yesterday, and got a person on the phone who directed my call to a technician that was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Is there a number to call Sundown? I like talking to people more than waiting on emails. If I can call Sundown, that's a +1 for me

I've called sundown about specs for my ZV4. Just as friendly as most companies that I've called, best customer service has been IA, DD and sundown.

They use precision coil which is a U.S. Build house.

Nobody manufactures every subwoofer component in-house. If that news ruined it for you what are you running now instead of DD?

I'm just joking. I have DD subs, sundown, IA , bunch of old school stuff I mess around with. Wanted to do 2 18's night shades. Just about finished with my electrical system now, I'm currently running the 21 death penalty, wanna try another box design did 8.4 tuned @ 31. Sounds great, but I know it can output more in a different design.

For the love of God, do you honestly think everything DD has is 100% made in America? I guarantee that some of their parts are Chinese. There are very, very few companies in the states that are truly "American".
