stay off the youtubeness.. dude i had a blue crunch 1500 and a crunch prza 1500 and it pushed out around 1100 watts. Im not talking about junk v-drive amps, jbl??? 1500??? Naaa the maxx is better for the price. Buying a crunch amp for 140 bucks will power a pair of average subs fine

you're one of those lol one of those people who buys a 400 dollar sub then drops 15 on wire and an amp. do you understand the concept of dirty power? your subs will last a few months on that amp. at most.

Never put one in from behind seat opening..... Look into an alpines cde147/148/149 decks.. Have you decided on a sub(s) yet?? I think you'd be happy with a single 15. It's what ive ran the last four or so years. No competition just daily music

I had an obsidian 15 in there for a week or so. liked it but I wanted to get louder, I ordered 4 10s. American bass tnt d4s that will be ran off of 2 hifonicw Brutus 1400.1d amps (I'm planning on those amps haven't decided for sure)

I did 4 10's before.. Got pretty loud but couldn't tune as low a I wanted to though.. I've been happy with the 1 15 ported for a while. To each there own!!! Lol. Good luck Op

Never put a box in thru the cabin ??? Dude wtf are you talking about there's no reason why someone couldn't put an enclosure in thru the cabin if it fits. So much fkin fail in this thread ...

thanks man ! I thought about 2 10s and 2 12s. Still kinda considering it but I'll just see how the 4 10s work for me. I wanted to go 2 15s but I just didn't know how to get it to work!

As long as u realize 4 tens will need more enclosure space then 2 12's you're good more cone is better. Just as an example 4 10" SA's would be about 5 cubic feet of enclosure.

yeah I know It just wouldn't have been easy for me to get 2 its in there. besides I think the 10s I have will be more than enough for me lol

I like how the 10s sound. much more accurate than my 12s and 15s were. I gotta agree with you on the lows though .... I miss the pressure on my chest when playing some decaf
