Sundown saz3000 or crunch gp3000d pro

Perhaps - we just use the SN to track any issues with the build house right now, but we don't save them when the amp is shipped.
Also... lets say a dealer buys an amp for stock and doesn't sell it for 6 months, we wouldn't know that without seeing their invoice anyway.
true, but i would see it as if the dealer sold it 6 months later, he send you his recipt of sale, you input it into the system, and the warranty officially starts.

not saying your way is bad, just always wondered why you did it the way you do. i just know its hard for certain people to commit to buying it used if it doesnt have a warranty. and most the time it will have a warranty on it, but the seller just doesnt have the invoice.

i think if it went by SN#, its just one extra piece of paper your consumer doesnt have to hold on too.

either way, i still love the way you do all your work

That would be a huge pain in the butt for the dealer to have to contact me after every sale, don't you think ? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Especially a high volume dealer.

99% of the time you can just contact your dealer and get a copy of the invoice / receipt for re-sale -- people do it all the time.

IMO, it is pretty easy to hold onto the invoice / receipt as well:

Step 1) Take amp out of box for installation

Step 2) Put invoice / receipt in box

Step 3) Put box in closet

oh, i totally agree with you. i dont find it hard. but other people out there look at it like why shouldnt the dealer know my warranty length. but i have no problem what so ever on how you do it.

Not by far though 2 crunch amps $900 1 sundown $800
get 2 crunch gp 3000d's! only 900 shipped brand newcompared to sundown 3000d 800 shipped brand new
You guys completely missed my point. My point was that you should buy the sundown the first time, because the crunch will break for sure and then you will be faced with the decision of either buying another crunch or getting what you should have got in the first place, a sundown.

Or you can keep the crunch for as long as it lasts 3 months-10 years then if it breaks buy another one. It will still barely be over the price of 1 sundown;)

Lets see um a Sundown 3000d is around 800 new. An IA 40.1 is around 800 new. A zx2500 is around 700 new. All those 3 mentioned put out around 3k watts. Why would a Crunch one be so cheap and actually put out 3k?

It's all up to the buyer man. I have dealt with broken amplifiers before and it isn't fun at all. I learned my lesson the hard way. The sundown is a much higher quality amp for a higher price.
