Based on the 100s of people running 1500s and 3000s at 1/2 ohm -- you are unlikely to have an issue. Even though you aren't covered by the free replacement warranty you do have this:

"1) If your amplifier has a blown power supply or damage from excessive vibration there will be a charge for a warranty replacement within the 2-year policy:

 

* SAZ-1500D and smaller amplifiers (or any future model under 2000 watts) - $30 in the continental USA (AK and HI add $15)

* SAZ-2000D and SAZ-3000D (or any future model 2000 - 3000 watts) - $50 in the continental USA (AK and HI add $20)"

PS: Not sure if you saw my above... but we are working on a 2 ohm amp -- nothing regulated for multiple loads like the JL, though.

Gary has a tan color 2006 Nissan Altima. He was using a pair of RF T1 15s last year & now has a pair of the new Sundown z15" subs.

Yeah those were his z15s we tested. His username is banginAltima. He was hitting 148s with a saz-1500d and 148.8s with the saz-2000d on his T1s.

oh i thought he was only doing like a 147 or so,(gary white right i just looked at 7/19 i think thats the one i went to and it said 145.8/9 or something) i was about to send you a pm about the comp only classes, but ill just ask here. whats diff in amateur and truck/suv class, like right now i have a hatchback so i guess i would be in amateur? but im probly gonna be getting an escape, so that would be an suv. but i will have the same setup.
