with me wanting to get my build done, im slowly chipping away at items i don't need or items that i can spend less on, without sacrificing quality...i have a sax50.4 rite now, and planned on getting another, but the price isnt set yet for the new ones...are any of these close to the same quality as sundown??

What exactly are you needing to power that you need a pair of 4 channel amps for?

im running 2 sets of ctx65cs...the multiple 4ch would be bridged...the alpine would be a single 4ch

I'd sell your 50.4 and get a beefy 4 channel. You'll stress the amps less by not running a pair of 4 channels at 2ohms per channel, and you'll save on wiring/space/etc.

i would LOVE to run the 200.4 but i dont have enough room...i can only fit a little bigger than the 50.4 in my trunk for what im doin...if i can get it to fit, i mite jus grab this guys fusion fp-1404 for cheap, but its used so that *****

So what kind of space do you have available for an amp? Were you planning on stacking the 50.4's?

im gonna have my 2 aq2200s stacked on one side of my trunk and my 50.4s stacked on the other side...so the amp cant be too much bigger than the 50.4, which is why the fusion MITE be a problem

There's the Arc Kar 125.4 that's pretty small. That Alpine you linked to seems to fit the space/power requirements.

id go with the PDX, heard that series of alpine amps sounds great

Nice thing about the PDX is the regulated power supply, so even at 4ohm, you still get plenty of juice
