are you crazy go look at the students and how intelligent kids are over there and compare our school system to china's haha they have to know about 3 or 4 languages its just no comparasion. Look at all the doctors and scientist most are not from this country.

I agree and disagree with you. While unfortunately they do have much smarter children then us, the amps are not made over there for that reason. They also have alot of people who are in fact, not smart and work for dirt.

To keep costs down, plain and simple. The Chinese government is known to use people for slave labor, paying them pennies a day. Here in the USA, you have minimum wages, labor unions, employee benefits, medicare, medicaid, etc. The labor costs alone factored into each unit are astronomical in the USA compared to China.

Also, you are dead wrong if you think the Chinese are so great at developing technology. They are REALLY good at stealing technology and finding ways to mass produce it at a lower per unit cost. Very few things out of China are original ideas, but they can take another countries ideas and make them cheaper!

I challenge you to name me some original products that came out of China that DID NOT involve encompassing technology from another country. I'll be waiting.
