90% of amps are made in china. you get t pck the components placed on the circuit board, the hgher the products quality, more expensive the amp is. Fi and DC still source products from other countries. they hand build them here. Fi makes their motors, but the spiders and baskets im 99% sure are sourced from other countries. get used to it.
and for here to buy-your company will fail miserably. you are such bad people's person.

whats wrong with something made in china? are you saying that the computer you are typing on, television you are watching, mp3 player you are listening too, shirt you are wearing, and telephone you have sitting there were all made in the USA, or are crap because they werent?

Even most of your "American" car manufacturers have foreign made components in their vehicles.

The 2 reasons to buy a Sundown:

- R&D - Jacob tests tons of crap, breaking alot of it, to find the best distributors to get the product from. They abuse all of their products and post results for the world to see.

- Customer Service - Besides having a killer warranty program, they will watch the progression of their products to see how the public is using/abusing them... then tailor the next series to fit that. All companies do this, but it's nice they are so connected to the customers.

If you have the extra coin to spend, and the above things matter to you more than the national origin of your product, then buy one. If you're a cheap bum (like me), or a major patriot, then don't buy one.

FWIW, I believe it doesn't matter where it's made (Korea, China, or USA) as long as it's elegantly designed and is in the price/wattage/usage that I'm looking for.

Never said anything was wrong with it,as a matter of fact I love the Sundown amp,just a question because I had the impression that it was american made,I know alot of parts come from overseas just thought some of the smaller companies actually,build the stuff here like FI,RE,DC.

When the website opens up, then you will get info, until then, I'm not going to advertise on the forum, like I haven't been doing. I've been spreading the word locally so far, it's not going to be a majority of internet sales anyway. Will probably end up becoming though

everyone has Bias.

and it costs a very substantial amount of funds ( 8 figures) to create a proprietary factory in America for building amps in mass volume.
