It's reliable. They get a good cut if they sell at retail. It's easy to work with for a shop

Looking for it to hit pretty hard. Want good SPL without completely sacrificing sq. It's going in to a Dodge Charger, so it will be in the trunk and need it to be loud and hit hard to get through the seats etc.

Get the cab 1600.1 instead and do 2 cubes tuned to 35 to 37 for your musical preference.

Why 1600? Because box rise. Plain and simple. Youll see closer to 500 to 800 actual watts after rise.

With the sae 1000.1, more like 300 to 400

Its not that they are bad amps, its how physics works. Wired to 1 ohm, you will end up around 2 to 3 ohms with box rise.
