wood glue for the wood, liquid nails for the sono

Alrighty than. Does the sono need to just be sealed in the cutout and have some bracing inside the box? I was just going to design something for it to rest on.

mdf sheets are 49 x 97 so you can cut off the rough factory edge adnd still have a normal 4x8 sheet

Lol this plan isn't going to work. I just made a little mock up and its a fail. No way this sub is going to fit unless I have a stupid big bulky box and have no room for anything else. Blow through isnt an option...so I dont know what do to other than going to smaller subs like 3 tens. I think I'm going to have to trade/sell this baby away...
