40.1 will win

I guess in the ratings they look like theyd be similar but i doubt it.

My 40.1 was stronger than my 500.1 by a good bit....drop in test

Itll run .5 all day long, whereas my 500.1 would sometimes click into protect if i went full tilt right off the bat

Id prolly like the 3000d for daily more, the 40.1 does **** some juice in my truck

Cant go wrong either way

Well when I had my 4 type r 12s in I tried 3 diff amps in drop in tests @ .5

200.1 = 152.6

500.1 = 153

40.1 = 153.3

And the 2 AB amps I had people in my truck with me , which gains me a few tenths

The 40.1 I was just by myself
