Sun visor install need help

am installing some sunviser tvs... in a 01 crown vic lx sport and when i take out the old sun visors there are big holes in the ceiling is there any way i can use some carpet to cover the big hole i like my installs to look clean. also the hole is so deep that the arms of the tv sit up in the ceiling and makes the tv sit lump sided....can some one help that has installed them b4
