-Wait, so they are rereleasing the camaro with the same body style as the 67's? Will it be an exact copy or will it be be something similar to the retro look of the 05 stang?

It will come out in 2007 and be like the 1967 model, 2008 like the 68 and 2009 like the 69. It will be on the Corvette Chasis with 450 HP ! Thanks for all the help with question about the pics !! I will try to get some on here later today. Mondays are always busy for me after being off for the weekend and having a lot of emails to get caught up on.

Yeah baby !! Nothing like the sound of a huge cam shaking the whole car. It will have a 425+hp 350 in it, the motor is built and ready. I just have to get the body work finished and ready for painting. I want to run a 350 instead of the 396 - If I ever sell the car, it will sell with the 396. i will try to get a pic of the engine on here later today - it looks sweet !

ya my dad just got rid of his 67 with a 396 in it and a bunch of stuff done to it. your probably gonna be drivin around listening to the sound of the car more often than blasting the radio trying to hear it over the car

**** its alot better start than my dads, they had to cut the old read quarters off and weld new ones on and all kinds of good stuff

I am rebuilding a 1968 Camaro SS 396 and want a nice sound system in it. I would like to have 2 12's or 2 15's in the trunk. The car is pretty valuable and I dont want something that will be permanent like fiberglassed in. I will probably put the head unit in the glove box so I can leave the original radio in the dash - it has a very nice AM radio from the factory - no FM ....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif But it is the original radio and needs to stay in it. Anyone have one of the 1st Gen Camaro's or have any ideas you can give me on a good box ?

Wrong car ! This will actually be produced by GM and will be between $66-$68,000. It will have a 450 hp engine, not 700hp. Year One and Chip Foose is also making one similar to the one you have posted. That is not the same car I am talking about.

Good thing I also own a high compression 500+ cubic inch chevy in my Malibu.....

of course,it has no radio -

Sub's in a 69 Camaro will require some special encolsure to make it look like a nice job,and its going to have to be very well secured - none of that floating sub boxes like most guys run.........

Also keep in mind that they get heavy and too much weight in a camaro of that nature is a no-no IMO

You might want to keep it simple with a single ported 12" sub to save some space

and try to get as far away from the rear of the trunk as possible for best weight dist....
