Hi.

Im looking into some new subs from what i currently have. My current setup consists of 2 pioneer 760 high watt amps (380 rms at 4 ohms brigde. And only 4 ohm stable.) A visonik bandpass box preloaded. The one you see on ebay all the time.

My budget is 300 for both subs. They need to be 12" as i plan on putting them into the current visonik bandpass box. What i want out of the sub is basically somthing thatll feel like its pounding my chest with a baseball bat and handle my amps nicely. For spl/sq im in the hands of 80 spl/ 20 sq. For a comparison to my current setup, the sq is decent, the spl could be a little louder, but the bump needs to be more. Thanks for any help.

So your telling me its not attainable then? I dont really need it to be chest pounding gonna die kinda bass but somthing harder hitting. Let me rephrase this to see if i can get a different maby better response to my question. Will one of these woofers do me better to what i want then the woofers i got? The choices are as follows.

Yes a few there but def better seletion then through 3. So out of these subwoofers, Which will suit my needs best and do better then the subs i got. Thanks.

i would do the CVR's and make the box ported.

First off get rid of that POS Visonik Bandpass...that was my first setup and boy do they **** ass,my Sony Xplods would blow those away LMAO.

Second it's not advisable to just buy a sub and slap it into any old box.I had done this with my Xplods and well...they xplodoed LOL.

That box is too small.

I'd probably go with the Kickers...can you afford L5's or L7's?

theres nothign wrong with that Cerwin Vega for him to start, it is better then his visoniks and i seen 2 meter at a USACi show with 1000watts 143 which imo is respectable for what they are

and with the extra money pay someone to build you a ported box, upgrade amps later
