Hey, on my 2 channel amp my subs bridged to one channel hit harder. so if i was wiring the subs should i wire them as a mono block amp like this

http://akamaipix.crutchfield.com/ca/...4-ohm_mono.jpg

or wire them two channel since after all it is a 2 channel amp? i just want them to hit harder.

my amp is 2 ohm stable what wiring will hit harder for my 2 dvc 4 ohm type r's?

thanks alot

Doesn't matter, you can either wire them separately at 2 ohms per channel, or to 1 channel bridged @ 4 ohms.

The power output is going to be the same.

If you want it to be louder, get a bigger amp.

Link doesn't work.

1 channel bridged @ 4 ohms would be better because my subs are 4 ohm right?

this is better because it gives a 2 ohm load right? and this gives 4 ohm load?

Its the same thing.

When you bridge an amplifier's channels, each one will see half of the nominal impedance... Therefore when you wire it bridged to 4 ohms each channel is seeing 2 ohms.
