Here Guys I need you Advise.

I can get and Eclipse 8812DVC for 199.95+Shipping, or An Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1DVC for about 179.00+ shipping. Which Driver should I purchase? Between the two which one will produce more SPL with a SS700SX Amp? Which Driver is more efficient?

Thank You Noah Childers

The Eclipse will outperform the perfect with ease and at 199.00 its a bargain.

The in lab sensitivity ratings for both subs are as follows-

Infinity perfect 12- 84db( they list an in car rating of 96db)

Eclipse 8812 dvc- 88db

I have owned both Infinity and Eclipse subs and I hands down like the Eclipses, my preference in subs is for high definition spl and I think the Eclipses fit the bill perfectly.

well i have the perfects and have been talking around for a while and am probably going to upgrade to 2 88120 eclipses, (i've also heard they are better than the perfects)

i'll third the suggestions, since you are looking for spl. the eclipse's r the way to go. you get great sq to boot!
