subwoofer position need help.....

i have a 1999 civic hatch, my system consits of, 12 solobaric l7 12's, a kicker kx1200.1 5 farad stinger cap etc. I want to no what would be the loudest possible way to face the subs, with out so much rattle, my friend has the 2 l7's facing the drivers seat inb his eclipse, but with a rockford power 1001bd, it is about 4 times louder then mine, any suggestions

What size is your box, and is it sealed or ported?

its a vented box about 2 cubes per chamber slot vented in the middle, same as the friend with the eclipse, ... thnks

Point it up, take note of how loud it is.

Point it towards you, do it again.

Point it away from you, do it a third time.

Finally, prop it so the subs aren't hitting anything, and point them down.

Whatever works, works. Every car is unique, and we can't tell you with certainty what will work.

Not to a sensor.... in either case.

Of course regarding the latter... This is why i have a seperate (non daily driven) car for sensor purposes.
