Subwoofer noise???

So I have subs hooked up and whatnot...I have kids so I dont have them on all the time...turn them off with the head unit....so as I have that switched to off...if i go in my trunk, my subs are still producing a sound as if they're still on almost (far from hitting or anything, cant hear it inside the car or anything), what's the issue behind this happening??

Feedback or ground loop. Very low, but it is still there. It is the same when the amp is on but the RCAs are in your hand. Touch the center pin and you will hear a similar noise.

It's more of a hum....actual music isnt coming out of them....
