subwoofer is buzzing.... plz help

ok i have a 12" dual 4 ohm voice coil RF HE2 sub and i wired it to a kicker ZR360 amp and my sub buzzes when i have volume on 0 plz help even with gain turned all the way off it buzzes......

it buzzes when engine is off , speakers are wired to run 2 ohm
