Vibration problems

i just installed two Alpine Type R 12" subs in a custom 3/4" MDF box.....when i turn the bass up to about middle volume i hear a vibration.....it seems like its only coming out of one sub.....what could this mean....im covering the box in felt and im goin to screw the subs back in over the felt to maybe absorb any vibration but what else could it be??

could be the tinsel hitting the cone. if this is the problem, an easy fix for this is to glue a piece of felt where the tinsel hits the cone.
