Figure out where it's coming from. First you said it was the sub, then you said it might be the speakers, and it also might be some panels rattling around. Play some music and crawl around back there and figure out where it's coming from.
sorry if i might have contradicted myself, i know for a fact its coming from the subs now, whenever my subs started the heartbeat there was little if no bass sound coming from them. This is when i heard the buzzing the most. Everytime it pulsated i could hear the rattle and it was coming from the voice coils or around that area. I cant really test them with music because, well, the subs arent in working order haha.. When i get home im going to investigate it more but the rattling is the least of my problems right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

I'd be willing to bet the "buzzing" you are hearing is due to that "sealed" box not being so "sealed" afterall, or cheap inadequate wood for the build of it... Just a thought ;-) Also... A USED Kicker, Sundown, AQ, DD to name a few... and countless others: are far superior to anything from Boss NEW, USED, or OTHERWISE...

well, im using MDF and some 3/4" plywood for the box, im only using the plywood for the bottom bc i ran out of MDF lmao. I am, in fact, using a sealed box but i used a nailgun and tons of caulking and glue but i think u might be right about it. The hole i drilled to run the speaker wires out isnt totally filled in with caulking so ill go home and take a look at it... and also ill buy a used amp just because new amps are HELLA expensive, i just wont buy used subs

Also: NEVER use NAILS... That's your problem for sure I bet you anything those subs started separating the seams of your enclosure, I always use Wood screws and tight bond III glue when I build to prevent this from happening ;-)

Open screw holes sound like a little muffler, loose box panels sound like a massager on a wooden table.
