Subwoofer Box Design Info

I have built a Subwoofer box for $ 10" subwoofers. The box is divided into two champers. Should the box separate each subwoofer? Each chamber has two subwoofers and each chamber is about 1.1 cubic ft of airspace.

I'm guessing this is a sealed box? From what I read about sealed boxes you'll want each sub in it's own chamber.

1.1 per 10" sealed is a bit on the large side, but if you have it built already then wire it up and try it. With out knowing what subs you have there is no way to say how it may sound or what you should do. You only need two chambers though..you just may have to much air space per chamber.

He's saying it's 1.1 for a pair of 10s. His box is 2 chambers and each chamber is 1.1 cu ft with 2 subs in it. So it would be around .5 per sub if he were to put each sub in it's own chamber.
