Subwoofer And Amp Question

I've been thinking about purchasing these subwoofers, but before I do anything, I have a few questions regarding the specs.

On this site it says that the RMS Power Handling (Not Peak) is rated at 600 Watts

And on this site it says that the RMS Power Handling (Not Peak) is rated at 800 Watts

But this site says the subs are rated at 400watts (Not Peak)

What's going on? Aren't these models all the same (Kicker DCVR124)?

I also have a few others questions, on each site it says that the speakers have a final impedance of 4 ohms. Does this mean that I can not wire them down to 2 ohms?

Another question is, is when on each site when it says RMS Rating (Not Peak), does that mean per subwoofer, or total?

My final question is, would this amp be powerful enough to push them? I know it's not the best amp, but it's the only one I can afford at the moment.

Bro I'm having the same problem finding the specs on hertz mille ml 3000 subwoofers. One site says 750 watts rms and other sites say 600 watts rms. I tried to get on their website and you have to have flashplayer to get on it. I have a blackberry phone that I use to browse the internet and it doesn't support it. Now back on the subject, I'd try kickers website for the specs and as fir the amp, at that price check out onlinecarstereo.com and look at their kicker amps.

Scroll down on the(top says 400 rms) sonicelectronix site and it says 800 watts rms. Hang on a min and I've got another option for you to consider for subs.

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=19476. Get 2 of these (dual to ohm so you can wire your amp to 2 ohms) and get a custom ported box made. I heard one of them in a 2 cubic foot box and it sounded awesome. Clean and clear.

each of those subs can take 400 watts a piece.
