Subwoofer And Amp Problem

My friend just got my 2000 watt 600x2 RMS and 2 2000w subs

the problem is when he turn up the volume or the bass on his controler you cant hear anything just really bad sound and the sub starts moving alot you cant even hear music its like bouncing a basketball kind of sound but really fast CAN ANYONE HELP HIM.

I Hooked up his system and I can figure it out.

are they clipping? what rms on the subs

Not sure about the RMS on the subs but it much higher that the amp

the power would most likely completely go out. i would think more along the lines of bad or crimped rca's, speaker wires touching, somewhere along those lines

I had this problem before and i fixed the ground wire and it worked but this amp sound good untill i turn up the volume thats when it happens

well than it very well could be a power/ground issue. i was under the impression that it does this at any volume.

But does it really do 600W x 2 RMS @ 2 Ohm it has 4x 25A Fuses
