Subwoofer, and Amp (can i plug this into my amp?)

I had just recently sold my 2 12" type R's, and am planing on buying a Lanzar 15" (Lanzar MAXP154D).

1) The Lanzar 15" is a dual 4 ohm, and i wanted to know if i can wire that to a 2 ohm outlet on my amp? If so how?

2) What you do guys think of the sub? All i want to know is if its a good sub. Im not trying to compete with anyone here because I know there are much better out there.
