Subs wont move

So I finally managed to install my Rockford p1 subs but when I connect them they dont move. I can here the bass from the subs and I can feel them move a bit but they dont really pulsate I gues would be the term. They just hit hard but dont moe at all any ideas?

Subs 300 Wat Max 150rms

1000X2 at 2 ohm 300X2 at 4 ohms which is what the subs are. Any Idea on what could be wrong?

So they are producing sound well?

Yeah they sound alright actually but when I tested them out on a friends amp they actually pulsated. And we tried my amp in his car and they pulsated but not on mine.

You've connected the wires wrong. Make sure if they are wired in parallel that only the positive wires touch the positives and only the negative wires touch the negatives. If you're wiring in series, I'll need to know the coil configuration (if they are single or dual voice coil) in order to help you out.

They are both single coil. And It may be the wiring but when I wire them up any other way the Amp goes into protection mode. And I mean just the sub wires not any other wires.
