I just transfered my system from storage and installed it into my 2001 sunfire, Pioneer 7700MP deck, 4 pioneer speakers 2 6x9s and 2 6 1/2s. Bought new eliminator battery to replace stock. Ran through the 10gauge power wire, connected my amp MTX TC4004 4/2Channel amp. Bridged my 2x12" subs, turned on the deck and played a cd, and everything works but the subs. I tried a different sub a 12" MTX roadthunder sub. Still nothing, so I tried a different amp just a MTX TC2002 2 channel amp. Still nothing, doesn't make any sense, the power is on on the amps. Everything is connected fine, we even tried 2 different RCA cables from the deck to the amp. Still nothing. The protect light comes on, both amps... it doesn't make any sense even with the 200 watt amp and the mtx roadthumder which came as a bundle and I had it working with the same deck, in my old 85 tempo, doesn't work.Any thoughts on what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated.
