subs have become weak

As stated above OP check battery CCA it might read good but fail load test. How old is it? I had the exact same problem as you. Battery was resrting 12.8-13v. but the my system was getting weaker by the day. Pulled out the load tester, load tested it at 1000cca it failed the test only giving me 200cca. battery was 5 years old though so i wasnt that mad lol. Hope you figure it out.

My subs are 2 dual 2 ohms wired down to 2 ohms reading a stable 2.4 ohms on the dmm, surrounds look good I just opened them so one sub the coil is nice and copper and the subs feels like it's nice and broke in no scraping but feels a little loose but maybe that's cause I'm comparing it to the other sub the other subs is darker copper it's very noticeable difference but im reading 4.1 ohms But there looks to be maybe a tiny separation in the coil and black at that one spot does this mean it's burnt? Could this be factory defect me being stupid never checked the coils when bought could it have came a little separated and slowly got worse cause the other sub cool is bright copper and they bother have been run on the same amp in same box there whole 2 week life not abused it's still stiff feels like a new sub but there both same age 2 weeks old and both been used same with same power.

First two are the dark colored coil the last one is the brighter coil

I don't use bass boost or anything like that and set gains with a dmm and I'm always pretty easy on my subs If it's truly burnt I'm very disappointed with sound qubes manufacturing as I know I didn't push these very hard..... Do I think just the first ones burnt or both? And no smells at all......

You cant blame soundqubed for burnt copper. This is user error.

everything on headunit flat no loudness no bass boost nothing, headunit never turned passed 40 which is 2/3 of max amp set with dmm and subsonic at 28hz......
