Subs getting power but no hit?

Hello everyone, I have 2 10 inch pioneer premier subs in a ported bBox with an 1100watt boss riot Amp in a 2016 Ford Escape (stock head unit)

when we moved from NC to MO we had to take the subs out for more trunk space(the wife had 2 suitcases... and the movers moved the subs.. everything worked fine until I tried to hook them back up today...

I've changed nothing from how it was set up.. i checked all the wires inside the box and that's hooked to the amp, they're all secure and tight... I checked the fuse in the amp and it's still good.. I know the subs are getting power because when I turn the gain up on

the amp I can hear a buzz sound and when I start the car I hear the normal thump it gives.. so my question is.. how can I get my subs to hit again??? Any suggestions?

EDIT 1: when I just went to double check the RCA on the amp when I turned my key it let out a very hard hit, but then nothing... also when I flip any of the switches on the amp it's self, it gives a faint noise to the subs as well.

Btw... I'm new so if it's posted in the wrong section I'm sorry...
