subs for spl

i keep getting different stories from local shops. my amp puts out about 750 watts rms,only stable at 4 ohms. Is there a pair of twelves that has a high spl for that amount of power? one told me memphis pr124d,one told me diamond audio d3's,etc.any suggestions.

wow i totally just went dead - forgot you can wire subs to something other than .5 and 1 ohms

yeah it is a old *** mtx blue thunder pro 3002.
