subs for limited airspace? help

oh ok. so you have a newer model and a older model.

My pioneer looks like the one in your photo...the premier has the carbon fiber dust cap....

I have to use 8"subs due to the size of the compartment I am putting them in. The magnet on anything other than a "normal" 8" sub will be too big and hit the side of the compartment wall that slopes in.
