Only looking to throw 1000rms at my subs (pair or single)

Looking for something that has a very tight, clean sound.

Will more than likely be sealed.

JL w6v2s and Hertz would be my top choices. But open to all offers as long as its SQ oriented and will do well sealed.

Still seriously thinking about going SQ...

I'm enjoying it so far. there seems to be much more to learn in SQ than SPL imo.

I've been all over diyma and some of those discussions simply amaze me

2 10's....double the power handling and 1.5x more cone area

i wont be giving each sub but 400-450 rms though (heard this may hamper my low end extension) , unless i run into something bigger.

maybe doing the 2 10s in 1 cube each sealed will help out with their efficiency on lower power....

I have a like new old school Digital Designs 9012 sound quality sub its a dual 2 with optional Carbon Fiber dustcap for $275 shipped.....These werte very expensive when new and this one is as close to new as you can get...it was rated for 1000 rms but can take about 50% more easily......
